  • Open to all players during the promotion period.
  • Employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.

  • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
  • Only one reward per game, based on the score achieved.
  • For Rewards Above ₹1,00,000: Participant pays 40%, and Sparrk covers 60%.
  • For Rewards Above ₹10,000: Subject to TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), payable by the participant before claiming.
  • A valid PAN card is required for processing.
  • Government taxes, duties, or levies are the responsibility of the participant.

  • Scores must be verified by staff immediately after the game.
  • Recorded scores are final and cannot be disputed.
🌟 Reward Collection
  • Rewards must be claimed the same day with valid ID.
  • Rewards above ₹10,000 may need additional processing time and documentation.

  • Tampering or cheating will result in disqualification.
  • Management is not responsible for technical malfunctions affecting score recording.
  • Rewards are subject to availability. Substitutes of equal or greater value may be offered.
  • Electronics or mechanical items will be delivered within a few days, subject to availability.
  • Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer. Sparrk is not liable for post-delivery issues.
