Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
Only one reward per game, based on the score achieved.
For Rewards Above ₹1,00,000: Participant pays 40%, and Sparrk covers 60%.
For Rewards Above ₹10,000: Subject to TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), payable by the participant before claiming.
A valid PAN card is required for processing.
Government taxes, duties, or levies are the responsibility of the participant.
Gifts will be provided subject to availability. In case of non-availability, a gift of equivalent value may be provided at the discretion of the management.
Management reserves the right to substitute, replace, or change any gift without prior notice.

Scores must be verified by staff immediately after the game.
Recorded scores are final and cannot be disputed.
🌟 Reward Collection
Rewards must be claimed the same day with valid ID.
Rewards above ₹10,000 may need additional processing time and documentation.

Tampering or cheating will result in disqualification.
Management is not responsible for technical malfunctions affecting score recording.
Rewards are subject to availability. Substitutes of equal or greater value may be offered.
Electronics or mechanical items will be delivered within a few days, subject to availability.
Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer. Sparrk is not liable for post-delivery issues.
Gift tax and other applicable taxes, if any, on prizes above ₹10,000 shall be borne by the participant as per prevailing government regulations.
